Outstanding quality and customer service

Not only are koala mattresses easy to set up and sooooo comfortable, the customer service is incredible and something I haven’t seen for along time. Thank you so much to the Koala team for making moving a less stressful experience for us. Would highly recommend. The mattresses are high quality for a reasonable price.

BEST customer service in Australia!

I'm not usually one to write reviews but this company deserves one. From the start, they have been a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the mattress and bed frame and the whole process was a breeze. Everything was delivered exactly on time, the mattress is amazing and probably the comfiest sleep I've had. When Koala called asking about my order, it was a good change to speak to a team here in Australia, who actually care about what they do. I have already told a few friends about Koala who were searching for a mattress and I will continue to do so. Great work Koala, honestly.

We were looking online for a new mattress and was tempted to go for a cheap one but in the end decided not to gamble. We went with Koala because of the 120 night trial and the amazing reviews and we weren’t wrong! Loved it from the first night and definitely won’t be sending it back! Delivery was ridiculously quick, even in Perth.. I don’t know how they do it! I managed to unpack it on my own, just don’t put the zip clasp near the headboard like I did so you need to turn it around lol. We have it on the firm side and love it. We should have swapped a long time ago! Also didn’t realise that part of the profits go to help Koalas which is a bonus! Also came with a koala teddy, dogs loved that. Really impressed with this mattress and the service, you won’t be disappointed.
