Where do you delivery in the United States?

We deliver to the contiguous United States (USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

Based in Los Angeles? You have a couple different delivery options depending on your requirements

Free 1-2 days delivery to LA addresses through UPS

Or, if you need a little more help with your delivery you can book either of the below services through our partners at Go Bolt.

Room of Choice - We'll bring your Sofa Bed safely into a room in your house.

Assembled - Our drivers will fully assemble your Koala Sofa Bed in your room of choice and remove all packaging

How long will it take for my Sofa Bed to arrive?

We ship with FedEx across the 48 Contiguous States.

The dispatch date for your Sofa Bed will be shown on the website and on your order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive tracking details via email.

Delivery is generally 2-7 days from dispatch date depending on your location.



Will I be contacted when my delivery is on it's way?

FedEx Ground

You'll receive email updates from FedEx to advise the day of delivery.

What if I have had an problem with my delivery?
